We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or will refund full purchase price upon return of dammaged product.Shipping not included. 

You may return an item for refund or repair due to dammage of shipping within 30 days of shipment date.Shipping charges are non-refundable.All returns must include invoice slip recieved with product.You may want to insure your return,we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.If we are unable to repair your return and the order was purchaed with a credit card a credit will appear on your billing statement.

Because each jewelry piece is made to order large orders may take 10 buisness days to be  completed and shipped.

 We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship anywhere else at this time.
